Ingredients:
1/2 Lb Lingcod portions
1/2 Tbs butter
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp paprika
dash of Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbs olive oil
Directions:
Saute onion with garlic powder, Cayenne pepper and butter until soft. Coat lingcod with olive oil, place in covered casserole dish and add onion mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 min. remove cover, mix sour cream and dill together and add to top of fish. Bake additional 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serves two. Bon Appetit!
