Ingredients:
1 ½ lb boiled and shelled shrimp (set aside ½ lb for garnish)
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup tomato paste
½ cup light cream
¼ teaspoon paprika
1 tbls parsley, chopped
1 tbls chives, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
½ teaspoon tabasco (or heat of your choice)
Dash of salt & pepper
Directions:
Mix Shrimp, Tomato paste, chicken broth, and onion in blender until smooth. Heat in saucepan until about to boil, add cream, tabasco and paprika. Cook on low for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chives and parsley and shrimp.
