Shrimp Madeleine

Here’s a recipe for these delicious morsels of sensational seafood, the Alaskan Spot Prawn, that an longtime Alaskan Fisherman and good friend Robert cooks often when I get the pleasure of an invite for dinner. One of my favorites!

1 doz raw shrimp, peeled (I recommend more )
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped celery
1 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute all ingredients, except shrimp, 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and cook additional 5-6 minutes. Bon Appetit!
