1 lb Wild Alaska Spot Prawns
2 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP minced Garlic
A pinch of Parsley
Thaw and peel Shrimp ( we find running them under warm water while peeling eases the process)
Add olive oil, butter and garlic to medium frying pan, and heat until sizzling
Toss in shrimp and stir, making sure to roll them on both sides.
They cook fast, so a minute or two on each side. Remove from heat, garnish with a pinch of Parsley and serve while hot over rice or a side of your choice. Also excellent in salads. Enjoy!
